Very nice people, everyone was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my pet. They provided excellent care for my pet rat, including a lump removal and spay; and they checked up on her over the phone and in person after her surgery to see how she was doing. I highly recommend this vet clinic, they really know what they are doing with rats, which can be hard to find!

Best vet in Wellington, everyone is so incredibly nice. Vets go out of their way to help, he even went as far as to come in on his day off to make sure our little guy gains an appetite and some fluids. He has also made sure we are able to be seen the next day for a check up. A few years ago when we had to out down our little girl he went above and beyond coming to our home after hours so her and her brother could be comfortable spending there last moments together. Honestly would recommend them to everyone . The cattery is also amazing, Tiger hates going but knowing that they have a caged area outside, he also never comes home with a cold or infection like he does with every other cattery we have tried.

We have been with Alistair for seven years and cannot rate him highly enough as a caring, thorough professional. Our two dogs know that going to see a vet isn't a pleasant experience at times, but despite this still wag their tales when they see him as they can sense he cares about them, and us as their human family. We couldn't wish for a better vet, and despite living about 30kms from Crofton Downs still travel in for Alistair's care when needed.

Vets go out of their way to help, he even went as far as to come in on his day off to make sure our little guy gains an appetite and some fluids. He has also made sure we are able to be seen the next day for a check up. A few years ago when we had to out down our little girl he went above and beyond coming to our home after hours so her and her brother could be comfortable spending there last moments together. We have been with Alistair for seven years and cannot rate him highly enough as a caring, thorough professional.
