Unimpressed, vet took biopsies without asking me, told me the odds were not great for my cat. which is fine, I accept that. Vet was cold and uncaring. They refused do anything about sending biopsies away for testing until I paid immediately, even though I had discussed payment options prior to making an appointment. To add insult to injury, I paid everything they asked for only to find somehow there is $3 extra to pay months down the track, which they keep harassing me for...really?? Read Less
