Very poor experience for us unfortunately. Someone’s cat in the neighbourhood is lost. We have been feeding this nice tabby cat for a few weeks because it was starving and have tried everything to find an owner including the SPCA and online postings. I rang this vet as a local thinking they would help ourselves and the wider Mt Cook community when the SPCA have had no interest themselves in helping. I offered to pay for a visit two minutes down the road for the vet to check for a microchip as we cannot get the cat into a cat cage despite numerous attempts. They refused to visit even if I paid. Unbelievable, not exactly community spirit. One star. Please call me if you would like to change your approach and I would be happy to discuss what we can do for this cat. Read Less

Really poor service - have changed vets. Over a few months we found the vet who saw our toy breed seemed afraid of him, called him "nasty", and could not get a flea pull down him. Today we had an emergency with one of our dogs. Vets said they were too busy to even come to the phone. No practical advice of any kind. The little fellow is now on a drip at a different vet clinic and will be overnight at the after hours clinic :-(Read Less

I know my cats are in great hands when they're at Tasman St. The cattery is fantastic.

Took me a while, but here it is. I love Tasman St Vet Centre. We've been regulars there for many years, and they have always been super helpful, friendly and supportive. They have always been wonderful - kind, patient and respectful - especially in difficult times. They helped me to care for my somewhat geriatric cat, and have been wonderful with our new cats since they were kittens. It's been great to have a consistent team over the years and to experience the same great care and service. Thanks to Natalie and the team! In 3 weeks we'll be introducing our brand new puppy to our friends at Tasman St! Anna Read Less

A fantastic group of vets and vet nurses. Special thanks to Eve and Natalie for their support and sage advice for Alfie and Poppy, in particular. Both cats have had a number of challenges over the last 18 months. We have made a number of significant changes together to restore quality of life for both cats. Poppy is rather a difficult cat to treat, not assisted by her will power, inquisitive nature and not doing things by halves! She managed to rupture her internal spay stitches. I know this is down to her full on nature and her taking things on at a rate of knots not due to any issues with spaying! There are a collection of photos which illustrate the issue... Read Less
