Here at Carevets, we have a passion for helping people care for their pets. Each branch of the Carevets group is either a Veterinary Clinic or has a Veterinary Clinic onsite owned by the directors of the company, making us unique in New Zealand. Our staff are qualified as pet carers, Veterinary Nurses, groomers and of course, Veterinarians, so you and your pets are in the best of hands when you visit.
We are constantly growing and expanding our stores and clinics, ensuring that we bring you the best products and services at very competitive prices.
Our Mission is to “satisfy and delight our customers each and every time.” With this in mind, no request from our customers is too great for our talented team. The Carevets group has been operating in New Zealand since 2008, under the direction of Drs Keith Houston, Alistair Kirkby and Mr Nick Cooper.
From the time the Carevets group began, we have wanted to do our part in giving back to the community. As a result of this, we have set up the Carevets Foundation, a not for profit Charitable Trust to ensure that pets are cared for no matter what.
We are constantly growing and expanding our stores and clinics, ensuring that we bring you the best products and services at very competitive prices.
Our Mission is to “satisfy and delight our customers each and every time.” With this in mind, no request from our customers is too great for our talented team. The staff are always very helpful and polite. When I needed all sorts of confirmed information from them about my dogs to register them after having come over from Sydney they went out of their way to do all they could to help (even though they were really busy) and it worked! No problems at Kapiti District Council thanks to Carevets. Thank you Chelsy and the person on the front desk with you that day - not sure of that person's name .

My two cats have been members here for four years. I recommend all staff at Carevets due to their friendly service and genuine care for our pets. Every visit has been stress free and easy. I have always received great nutritional advice for our cats through the years and the shop provides alot of options for food, toys and beds. Highly recommend Carevets!

The staff are always very helpful and polite. When I needed all sorts of confirmed information from them about my dogs to register them after having come over from Sydney they went out of their way to do all they could to help (even though they were really busy) and it worked! No problems at Kapiti District Council thanks to Carevets. Thank you Chelsy and the person on the front desk with you that day - not sure of that person's name .
