The staff are always very helpful and polite. When I needed all sorts of confirmed information from them about my dogs to register them after having come over from Sydney they went out of their way to do all they could to help (even though they were really busy) and it worked! No problems at Kapiti District Council thanks to Carevets. Thank you Chelsy and the person on the front desk with you that day - not sure of that person's name . Read Less
