Our baby, Sophie the German Spitz had the most awesome care and a surgical operation to repair not one, but 2 blown Cruciate Ligaments, ( few months apart). Usually owners send their pets to Massey but we had 2 very successful operations carried out by Dr Warren Stroud at his surgery in Paraparaumu with Titanium implants in Sophie's Knees. Each time, Sophie was able to walk away from the surgery next day, (gingerly) a far cry from alternative operations with nylon substitutes are 3 months caged recovery and which ultimately don't last. The operations weren't cheap, but a considerable saving over going to Massey, and We were also able to save a considerable amount on the second surgery by way of the Animates "Friends for Life" Loyalty programme. The first operation gave us lots of loyalty points to put against the second surgery. Can't say enough about the after care provided as well which was fantastic.
