I am more than happy with the people that work here.they are always helpful an welcoming.when my muçh loved dog,'zepplin 'got cancer an had to be put to sleep, everyone I had to talk to from the vet's was so nice.I was broken as, an could bearly talk but they still managed interpret what I was trying to say, an responded with empathy. a few days after he had passed on, I got a card from them saying how lucky my dog was to have such carring owners and that they were sorry he had died.it ment so much for them too do that for me it honestly brought a tear to my eyes. it really was such a nice, thoughtful thing to do.I can't say enough to express how much that card ment ,an thank you all at the vets so much for that.so to anyone reading this, I can't express enough how well my animals an myself have been treated by these people.

The staff at Maidstone Vets are always friendly and helpful. I have a cat that can be very difficult to handle (he bites when he is scared), and the lovely vets and staff are always very professional and caring (although they probably want to run away when I bring him in!).
