Excellent service from nurses to vets, all of whom displayed good knowledge of our dog's health and well being from the first visit. Not too pushy with expensive care options and treatment will come with a full write up, including before/after photos. Discharge parts were very helpful, and a refund was sorted when the vet changed the prescribed medication. Ray Lord and the professional and friendly team of vets and vet nurses at Upper Hutt Vet Hospital & Cattery on Fergusson Drive have been looking after our three small breed dogs since 2008. (Prior to this we attended a clinic in Kelburn.) The quality of care and service has been first rate since day one whether dealing with the clinical crew or Justine in the main office who is always genuinely helpful, considerate, astute and a pillar of efficiency. My Husband and I cannot recommend Ray and his Team highly enough. They have earned and maintained our complete trust throughout and we have the peace of mind of knowing our much-loved family pets are in the best possible hands.
