I am one who brought a puppy package with our beautiful puppy I have asked many times to prove of breed my puppy is and will never be told and now finding out this i am not happy. Now with puppy package for 2 years and gonna get nothing out of it for my puppy only 1 beautiful puppy.

I am one of many people that had a puppy package. They were very nice vets awesum to deal with till the last month when I found out they were in liquidation they have ripped me off 4k as well as 30 other people who had a puppy package. Now I'm left paying for the next two years for food and other vet treatments that I will no longer get. They are both looking at jail time.

Useless service by this veterinary clinic had to take our young cat after hours, we had to pay $160.00 upfront before they would look at our cat. After checking her they said they didn't know what was wrong with her, that we were to bring her back tomorrow if symptoms still persisted and leave our cat with them for a few days. This would have entailed more costs, they also wanted to have us pay for our cat to have a sedative injection before leaving for another fee. We declined this and took our cat to Maidstone vets the next day and found out she was on heat. Really they didn't know how to tell a cat is on heat.

Not a very very good experience , my animal was treated under this vet care and died as they had no knowledge how to treat the particular animal. Unfortunately we lost our beloved animal. We had multiple experiences with this vet with our different animals and all were very unprofessional.
Very misleading in regards to treatment,
Anyone can contact me to know more , I had reported to the vet council in regards to their vet proficiency.
We now take all our animals to Upper Hutt Vet Hospital Cattery on Ferguson Drive, Upper Hutt and excellent service and very very professional and know how to treat sick animals. My animals are in safe hands now.
Writing reviews by the Director of the Company himself is not considered as a review.
And other two reviews are people who do not live in Wellington NOR New Zealand. They are from US. Seems very misleading.

I am one who brought a puppy package with our beautiful puppy I have asked many times to prove of breed my puppy is and will never be told and now finding out this i am not happy. Now with puppy package for 2 years and gonna get nothing out of it for my puppy only 1 beautiful puppy.

They were very nice vets awesum to deal with till the last month when I found out they were in liquidation they have ripped me off 4k as well as 30 other people who had a puppy package. Useless service by this veterinary clinic had to take our young cat after hours, we had to pay $160.00 upfront before they would look at our cat. After checking her they said they didn't know what was wrong with her, that we were to bring her back tomorrow if symptoms still persisted and leave our cat with them for a few days. This would have entailed more costs, they also wanted to have us pay for our cat to have a sedative injection before leaving for another fee.
