Very warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who provide the utmost excellent service and quality care. I have been to 3 vets this month & I found Piano Hill Vets the most patient and relaxed even though they were definitely busy & working hard they still juggled everything so professionally and made us feel very welcome! Thank you to the lovely ladies I met for going the extra mile by making it such a relaxed & pleasant experience, also for printing out a special article about our lovely fur baby, you are now our preferred animal doctors :)

I have been to 3 vets this month & I found Piano Hill Vets the most patient and relaxed even though they were definitely busy & working hard they still juggled everything so professionally and made us feel very welcome!
