My doggie, Jigsaw needed her shots. I called beforehand to check how busy they were, and then headed in. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, and the young lady vet very helpful and thorough. She weighed Jigsaw, gave her de-worming and shots (whilst offering apologies to the doggie for her pain and suffering); and I got some dog food and Bravecto. And was out within 10 minutes.
