I have just been to the vet, and am in total shock at the rude receptionist(Anna) she didn't even know that you sold diarrhea suspension after asking advice about my dogs paws she had the cheek to say...
I have just been to the vet, and am in total shock at the rude receptionist(Anna) she didn't even know that you sold diarrhea suspension after asking advice about my dogs paws she had the cheek to say I must go to another vet....We have been coming there for years, Donna apologized as she is always polite....I can't believe someone with that attitude should be working at a vet....Imagine if she told all your clients to go to another vet !!!!!! This is the 1st time this has ever happened at your vet!!!!

It was a while back, but these guys took absolutely amazing care of my daughter's hamster.
The best vet I have ever been to (by far) - and that is saying something.

Such an AWESOME reception- thanks to the two friendly ladies who helped me!
The vet who examined my fur-baby was lovely and had no problem with anything, other than how cold the ultrasound gel was......

At the end of our visit, I braced myself for the bill, and was shocked at how much cheaper it was than what I had expected!!
I can recommend these guys, for sure!

My Labrador baby Enzo 3yrs old fell on his side n started having convulsions. This was Sunday 10 Sept. Called after hours emergency number, I was panicking. All Dr Gocia could say to me was "take him ...
My Labrador baby Enzo 3yrs old fell on his side n started having convulsions. This was Sunday 10 Sept. Called after hours emergency number, I was panicking. All Dr Gocia could say to me was "take him to the Kragga Kamma vet. Baby Enzo was a patient at the Lorraine vet. My baby boy passed away. I called Dr Gocia again to tell her to call Kelly n tell her Enzo passed away n she replied "Kelly is not on duty.". I called the Kragga Kamma vet n Dr Davies was so sympathetic n offered her assistance. Took baby Enzo to the Kragga Kamma vet after 6pm n left him there. Colleen offered her assistance. My baby was cremated on the 11 Sept. My baby was treated with the respect n dignity he deserved. May GOD bless Dr Davies n Colleen for their kindness n compassion.

Not very happy. I came in to get my PUPPY food and was given ADULT dog food. After asking the lady if this was for a puppy and my puppy was in my arms the lady said yes it was for puppies. Now after contacting the supplier they tell me that my puppy is on the wrong food and will contact me to get her onto the correct food. Second bad experience from Lorraine vet.
