I am new to the area, and province. I adopted a new dog at the SPCA, and took him directly to the vet as one should. I was shocked at the rudeness and lack of passion from the staff and receptionists. Its horrible to think that a kind and trustworthy vet has lost my support due to his staff he employs. I will never take any animal there ever again. My new, scared and confused doggy that was homeless for 3 months at the SPCA, lifted his leg in the retail shop, I kindky asked for cleaning supplied to clean his mess and received rude facial expressions, remarks and just all around bad service from the get go. Many years of good experiences, especially with Anton Kruger. Friendly staff and a good variety of products available. Ample parking is available but it gets quite busy at times. If your visit isn't urgent it's better to pick a quieter time, but there are usually a number of vets available. I've relied on the vets at this practice for a number of after-hours emergencies.
