Called day before. Told to bring the cat in between 07h30 and 11h00 (during consulting hours). Arrive at 07h20, receptionist at 07h25. Get informed that the vet would be there at 08h00. Then at 08h20 vet arrives. We go into the waiting room, 08h30 vet comes to the waiting room, but about to get called man (just following up on his dog) comes waltzing in and vet attends to him immediately (nevermind we have been waiting an hour and this guy just walked in). 10 min later decide to take my scared shaking cat to another vet in Oakdene. Surprise surprise within 5 min cat booked in. Would not make use of this vets "service" in future. Read Less
