We go into the waiting room, 08h30 vet comes to the waiting room, but about to get called man (just following up on his dog) comes waltzing in and vet attends to him immediately (nevermind we have been waiting an hour and this guy just walked in). 10 min later decide to take my scared shaking cat to another vet in Oakdene. Surprise surprise within 5 min cat booked in. Would not make use of this vets "service" in future. Read Less
