If you love your pets do not ever use these vets. I regret approaching them in my dogs last moments. The last words shouted while my dog was still alive, was the deposit I needed to pay for them to continue. They then disappeared with him. I was later told over the phone, that I'm busy wasting my time and money. It was as if our emergency was very, very inconvenient to them. They had more important things to focus on, than this 12 year old customer of theirs that was busy dying in front of their eyes.
Make sure the vet you use for your pets actually WANT to take care of animals, because you and your pet deserve much better in the last minutes of their lives. Read Less

After weeks of our yorkie being diagnosed with gastro by another veterinary clinic with no improvement in his condition despite treatment, we took him to Mercury Street Vet. They took the investigation further to discover he actually had spira circa lupi. Finally, he could be treated accordingly. Thanks for being so thorough. It is also great that we get a free bag of cat food after every 12 purchased :) Read Less

I am appalled by the service of this vet!!!! They should not be in the animal business. We went to their vet on a public holiday as our bulldog had broken his leg and we were desperate for help. They were only open for 30 minutes and we were 1 min late from their closing time, to be greeted by a less than friendly receptionist advising us that she is only open for 30 min and they are closed and that if we need help we will need to pay a R950 after hours consultancy fee with a serious attitude. Why be in this business if that's ur attitude. Appalled!!! Read Less
