Very unhappy with my experience, firstly the Vet doesn't take time to even greet you when you walk in, the only time you get thanked or some courtesy is shown is when the time comes to pay the absorbent vet bills, going twice, being charged on different days for the exact same medication yet it never helped on day one, why would it help the next day? clearly he needs more attenstion, i need advice on what's wrong with my dog instead I get told he needs to be on a drip, this is very frustrating for me, not knowing what's wrong after a R1000 vet bill, this has left me upset and i will be choosing a vet who cares! you just lost your FORMERLEY LOYAL CASH PAYING CUSTOMER!

Excellent service for our dachshund on the day before Christmas without costing an arm a and a leg, we went back for a check up on Christmas morning without any charge we can see that animals are there passion and not there pension thank you for the service.

No compassion for owner or animal. While talking to the vet he prefers to watch television in the reception area. Very expensive for nothing, due to the lack in treatments my puppy had passed away, my other puppy had the same condition, when I took her to another vet she survived the same virus with an adequate amount of injections and treatments for half the price of Dalvet. I strongly recommend to stay away from Dalvet, as they are more concerned about the money than your animal. They will never see me again. I only chose one star because it a compulsory to submit a complaint. The vets are extremely rude and inconsiderate, not once did either one of the vets greet me or took time to speak to me properly and give me advice. While I was busy speaking to the vet he turned around and said, and I quote, "Well if that is all I need to attend to another animal that just came in", while shrugging his shoulders. They contributed to the fact that my puppy passed away, and charged me a fortune. The medication that they prescribed were too strong for my puppy which caused him to vomit and become even more weak. I will never forget this experience and complete incompetence from supposed to be "experts".

Very unhappy with my experience, firstly the Vet doesn't take time to even greet you when you walk in, the only time you get thanked or some courtesy is shown is when the time comes to pay the absorbent vet bills, going twice, being charged on different days for the exact same medication yet it never helped on day one, why would it help the next day? clearly he needs more attenstion, i need advice on what's wrong with my dog instead I get told he needs to be on a drip, this is very frustrating for me, not knowing what's wrong after a R1000 vet bill, this has left me upset and i will be choosing a vet who cares! you just lost your FORMERLEY LOYAL CASH PAYING CUSTOMER!
