Worst Animal Clinic - Avoid this vet!!!
My Pug was sick took him to the vet on friday 03 Nov2023.
This vet only gave my pug medicine and sent him home.
Take note that his stomach was running and he was throwing up!
Back to the Vet Saturday morning 04 Nov 2023. Still vomiting and runny stomach. All off a sudden now they can admit my dog and test him for "Katgriep".
He tested positive and was kept in the hospital.
Visiting hour game 16:00 we were taken to the back of the vet. The Heater standing in front of the poor sick cats and dogs kennels was not even on? How pathetic.
Now to tell you the worst part, me and my 6 year old daughter are scared for life thanks to this vet and his employees I opend my pugs kennel and touched him he was cold to the touch.
When my husband try to move him, he was already stiff. Now my question is, how do they take care off very sick animals if they did not even note that my dog had passed away and just sent us to visit him. This tells me that they do not check up on the high risk pets at all. they just leave them to mend for themselves PATHETIC service and most money hungry vet no love for animals!!!
Cold room and no Heater on! Shame on you!!!!

Dr Davies and his team are really wonderful people. Until yesterday when I lost our oldest, Gypsey. Through the entire process from rushing her in as an Emergancy 2min before closing, they didn't hesitate to stay longer and help stabilize my girl. Dr Davies knew I wouldn't be comfortable leaving until I could see she was calm and that he had her bleeding under control. She made it through the night but unfortunately passed away late morning the next day, suspected Blood clot through the brain. She was very old and think the shock and trauma was too much for her. Even though she had passed Dr Davies took the time to explain everything he did and tried to revive her to me, but was just not successful. Both himself and the receptionists were very comforting and handed my girl over to me with the utmost respect and dignity, for us to lay her to rest. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is in doubt. They really do care, and he will always be there in an Emergancy doesn't matter what time of day or night. Thank you guys.

My hondjie is ingeneem oor hy nie eet nie. 2min sonder bloedsmere ens is ges sy tandjies is vuil. Toe ek hom die middag kry was hy erg getraumatiseer. Blykbaar is een tandjie getrek. By die huis het hy bloed opgegooi. Ek het gebel en is meegedeel dis normaal. Later die nag het hy weer amper 'n koppie vol bloed opgegooi. Ek is die volgende oggend terug. Nadat ek my rekening moes vra wou ek weet waar die gelco (spelling?) Ingesit is aangesien daar geen plekkies aan die beentjies geskeer was nie. Ek is meegedeel dis in sy boud gesit. Gelco is 'n drup. Dit kan nie in 'n spier kom nie. My hondjie het steeds nie geet nie en ek het 'n ander veearts gevra om na hom te kyk. Ons kon glad nie sien dat sy tandjies skoongemaak is OF dat daar 'n tand uit is nie. Met ander hulp en 2 weke later het hy stadig maar seker weer begin eet. Julle sien my nie weer nie

They won't see me again either. Puppy went in for a vesectomy and died 2 days later in their hospital. Autopsy revealed bursted liver and bladder! Not acceptable at all!

Went last Saturday about me labrador's a leg injury. I had t leave my dog as the doctor was busy. They told us they would call later to tell us what the diagnoses are. We called them after 2 hours and the told us the dog is fine. No broken bones and we could pick her up after 3. The doctor dod not even bother to speak to us and the receptionist did not even know which dog was ours. We had to pay about R1200 for the service. Well today 6 days later my dog died. They will not see me ever again!!!!!!

My hondjie is ingeneem oor hy nie eet nie. 2min sonder bloedsmere ens is ges sy tandjies is vuil. Toe ek hom die middag kry was hy erg getraumatiseer. Blykbaar is een tandjie getrek. By die huis het hy bloed opgegooi. Ek het gebel en is meegedeel dis normaal. Later die nag het hy weer amper 'n koppie vol bloed opgegooi. Ek is die volgende oggend terug. Nadat ek my rekening moes vra wou ek weet waar die gelco (spelling?) Ingesit is aangesien daar geen plekkies aan die beentjies geskeer was nie. Ek is meegedeel dis in sy boud gesit. Gelco is 'n drup. Dit kan nie in 'n spier kom nie. My hondjie het steeds nie geet nie en ek het 'n ander veearts gevra om na hom te kyk. Ons kon glad nie sien dat sy tandjies skoongemaak is OF dat daar 'n tand uit is nie. Met ander hulp en 2 weke later het hy stadig maar seker weer begin eet. Julle sien my nie weer nie

They won't see me again either. Puppy went in for a vesectomy and died 2 days later in their hospital. Autopsy revealed bursted liver and bladder! Not acceptable at all!

Dr James have assisted me with sterilising 40 dogs and all the dogs' owners were very happy with the sterilisations. Dr James with his great personal, Shani & Ria, are the best!

Went last Saturday about me labrador's a leg injury. I had t leave my dog as the doctor was busy. They told us they would call later to tell us what the diagnoses are. We called them after 2 hours and the told us the dog is fine. No broken bones and we could pick her up after 3. The doctor dod not even bother to speak to us and the receptionist did not even know which dog was ours. We had to pay about R1200 for the service. Well today 6 days later my dog died. They will not see me ever again!!!!!!
