Friendly vets, friendly staff, friendly assistants. Works gently with pets. Usually a bit of a wait in the queue, but that is just would you would expect of a smaller clinic.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been to numerous vets, but once I met Dr Jurie, I knew I had found my extended family. He, and the other vets in the practice, truly treat your pets like family. I have never felt uncomfortable here, and I have never felt taken advantage of. They look after your little ones like they are your children, which I appreciate tremendously. If they moved to the moon, I would STILL only use them!

Jurie and all the other vets and staff members at this vet are just the best! they know their stuff and have a real love for animals. this is the type of vet we all need and unfortunately i have yet to find another as smart and caring as them. Wish i could duplicate them all over Johannesburg! I still travel to them when i need a second opinion or when its something a little more serious than just a check up.

So sad that Dr Sardinha is leaving. She treated both my dog and myself with utter compassion on his weekly appointments as he battles renal failure. To Dr Jurie and his marvelous team ...on Friday our beloved dane Nala was on her last legs...despite a clinic full of patients he persevered and treated her to his best ability. With prescribed medica...
To Dr Jurie and his marvelous team ...on Friday our beloved dane Nala was on her last legs...despite a clinic full of patients he persevered and treated her to his best ability. With prescribed medication we persevered over the weekend with not much change and then suddenly on Sunday after lunch her vision seemed to return and became a bit more perky. Without a prompt or expectation from us we received a follow up call from the support staff from the practice. They advised us how to administer additional medication despite Nala not being interested in eating. It worked and at this point in time Nala has had her essential meds and keeping it down. We are totally indebted to the whole team to still have Nala amongst us. We are aware that the road to recovery is still a way away but can confidently state that we could never have expected or experienced this level of commitment and dedication from our local vet in Kyalami - hence why we are prepared to commit the commute to your practice - where all the patients count and are treated with love and dedication. It is not merely a form of revenue!

He, and the other vets in the practice, truly treat your pets like family. I have never felt uncomfortable here, and I have never felt taken advantage of.
