Wrong diagnosis given for a sausage dog that needed a back op immediately. Went for a second opinion and was sent straight away to a specialist vet in Honeydew. This also happened To a friend of mine a few days ago. Her dog is also now referred to the honeydew vet after a wrong diagnosis.
This caused a lot of money, pain for the baby and anger towards the vet.

I've brought my dog to the clinic on 2 occasions and both occasions have been pleasant (for me at least). Both times we were attended to by Dr Leo who really is a star. The reception staff is friendly...

The shop has limited stock, but is conveniently stocked and is, again, reasonably priced. The admin staff are friendly. A doctor/ vet experience is often a personal one, but in general this vet seems good and reliable.

I would recommend this vet to anyone. They are very caring and passionate about pets and working with them. The vets are always willing to talk to you if they have the time to. They won't beat around the bush with you, they will tell you exactly what's needed to be done in the case of an emergency. A word of advice though, make sure you either have medical aid for your pets or that you have enough cash when it comes to certain specialist procedures needed.

We love you guys! Thank you so much for the love and kindness you show not only to our two babies but also to us. Our dogs love coming to you guys. Yesterday our smallest baby had to go in for an operation Candice took my overbearing amount of phone calls with such kindness and Doctor Lawrence made our little yorkie feel so special. We drive all the way from sandton gladly for you guys and even though we were late for pick up yesterday you guys waited and still made us feel amazing! More commonly known as CatFlue...after a lot of tears, we had to make the hard and sad decision to have Gunner put down... His doctor,Dr. Gary, was very helpful and even kept his staff about an hour late, just so we could talk about it and say goodbye to our beloved pup.. Thank you so much for making the process as quick and painless as you possibly could.. Gunner, we miss you dearly and love you always!

Dr Bhoola is awesome and very helpful, he quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and told me my baby will be fine and in good hands. Yet on pick up, i was made to feel like I was at fault for the injury of my cat. My concern for my fur kids are always above my own and I would do anything for them. Making a fur parent feel worthless ontop of helpless is usually not a good combination. Regardless, Thank you Dr. Bhoola for your care and passion, and the kennel team for taking good care of my child.

Thank you for the cremation arrangements - I would have been able to deal with that . We love you guys! Thank you so much for the love and kindness you show not only to our two babies but also to us. Our dogs love coming to you guys. Yesterday our smallest baby had to go in for an operation Candice took my overbearing amount of phone calls with such kindness and Doctor Lawrence made our little yorkie feel so special. We drive all the way from sandton gladly for you guys and even though we were late for pick up yesterday you guys waited and still made us feel amazing! Thank you for being different to every other vet for caring and not ripping people off!

Every time I go to Terrace Rd vet I get the warmest smile from the lady in front and not once have I had bad service from them. The doctors love to help my baby and even allowed my puppy to give him a kiss after getting an injection. I love to ask questions and patiently answered all off them. <3

Last night.. Me and lovie went to TRVH with our 9month old Pitbull, to find out that he had Parvo.. More commonly known as CatFlue...after a lot of tears, we had to make the hard and sad decision to have Gunner put down... His doctor,Dr. Gary, was very helpful and even kept his staff about an hour late, just so we could talk about it and say goodbye to our beloved pup.. Thank you so much for making the process as quick and painless as you possibly could.. Gunner, we miss you dearly and love you always!

Dr Bhoola is awesome and very helpful, he quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and told me my baby will be fine and in good hands. Yet on pick up, i was made to feel like I was at fault for the injury of my cat. My concern for my fur kids are always above my own and I would do anything for them. Making a fur parent feel worthless ontop of helpless is usually not a good combination. Regardless, Thank you Dr. Bhoola for your care and passion, and the kennel team for taking good care of my child.
