Not very happy with the service at all. Sent my doggy for a routine procedure and was informed that there are no risks as this is a routine procedure. After the surgery the next day my dog complained heavily of pain, had to wait more than 20min to be helped when I got to the vet. She was not able to use her back legs anymore. She was hospitalised for a week and did not get better, actually she only got a bladder infection. I was told we could wait another week or we have to put her down. I was shocked. If I knew this could happen I would have never sent her for the procedure. I could not allow to put her down, as before the surgery there was nothing wrong with her, she was even climbing stairs every day. I made a decision and went to fetch my doggy. The lady rudely explained the risks then and did not even help me carry everything to the car. I had to pay for an x-ray I never even saw before and the vet could never explain to me exactly what happened to my doggy. I did my best to take care of my doggy and after 3 weeks she was able to start using one of her back legs, and now after 5 months she is starting to use the other leg. So glad I took her home! Had an emergency with one of my pets and he was the only practice open. I experienced a professional service who were more than happy to help. Didn't cost a fortune even though it was a public holiday after 6pm.Read Less

Good place to take your pet when they ate not feeling well. They give you discount on two or more pets coming at the same time for annual vaccinations etc. The decor a little out dated and needs an upgrade. Read Less

Dr Southern is absolutely amazing. My 12 year old cat was extremely unwell recently and he took such great care of her. She is on the mend for sure. I wouldn't trust any other vet/practice with my animals. Read Less

I have been going there since I was a child and the service was always great and they treated our pets like family, Dr Southern was always friendly and caring. However of late the environment has change and the staff don't seem to care about their patients as much as they used too. Read Less

My poor little Lulu was attacked on Saturday morning while walking her. I rushed her to the vet, to find a beautiful young lady behind reception, calming me down probably more then Little Lulu, where at this point think i was more upset then Lulu. She showed so much compassion towards not only Lulu but myself. She and Josh both helped calm not only me down but my poor Lulu. This was just to special for words. Dr then took me straight in to find myself stood infront of, probably one of the most gentle people I have ever met. Lulu was booked into surgery and with great results was released later this afternoon. She is fast asleep wrapped up in bed with me now and if she could give hugs and kisses, they would be given. As we all know, money is not and issue when it comes to our pets,and due to the nature of Lulu's injuries, I was expecting a bill well over 10k, but again, the lovely young lady and Josh, manages to pull another off and look after me for just over 1k, feel like I should give the other 9k I was expecting to pay, half to the lovely young lady at the counter, or the Dr just to say thanks, but you know what's more humbling, is knowing that they would both turn around, ask for a huge hug and say, "that's what we here for". That's priceless and shows, that is about our loved ones not about money. So thank you so so so much to the lovely young lady for calming me down when I arrived : that's special.
