Took my Dachshund in after hours for severe bloody gastro enteritis. The service from the vet was professional and made me feel my girl was in good hands. They took me into the hospital to show me where Mandy would be kept and introduced me to the nursing staff. They have visiting hours where they bring your fur kid out of the hospital to visit with you which was great. Having a sick fur child is very stressful and they kept in touch with me on her the time. They have 24 hour nursing staff in the hospital which gave me peace of mind knowing my girl would be monitored all the time

The vets here are brilliant and compasionate. They discovered that my fur baby has a heart condition when I took her in for a minor prosedure. They immediately offered advice and now she is healty and happy again. Here you are not just a number as they take time to explain and offer advice. The patient comes first and then the human parent. They know how we feel about our fur children and treat as as a family and not just another pet that needs to be sorted out.

The best place for my pets. My dog is so scared of the vet but they handle her fears very well. The vets are professional and compassionate and always considerate in advising one and settling concerns. Highly recommended. The benefit of 24 hour emergency services is also a comforting thought. Aside from the vet side, they also have a lovely store with a wide variety of pet goods, I wiill not buy anywhere else!

Please explain to me!! I took a little Cape Robin in on Sunday, handed it over, signed a form and entrusted this bird to you. Hoping and thinking you would take care of it and rehabilitate him. Lastnight a lady who rehabilitates wild birds phoned you and suddenly no one knew anything! The bird was "missing"??!! This morning I phone to hear the bird was sent of to the "Free Me rehabilitation" centre in Johannesburg. Phoned them.. guess what. They know nothing of this!!? I am hoping and praying that somewhere theres a misunderstanding as I thought YOU will look after it and rehabilitate the bird! Is the bird still alive? I can't help to wonder what's going on?! Please get back to me with some answers

They immediately offered advice and now she is healty and happy again. Here you are not just a number as they take time to explain and offer advice. The patient comes first and then the human parent. Please explain to me!! I took a little Cape Robin in on Sunday, handed it over, signed a form and entrusted this bird to you. Hoping and thinking you would take care of it and rehabilitate him.
