My dog was in a fight with another dog and she needed stitches. I told the receptionist that. 10 seconds later the phone rings, she cuts me off mid sentence, answers the phone and proceeds to talk to a person from FNB for 5 minutes while I took a seat with my bleeding Beagle on my lap. Only to tell me that the vet is in surgery. I found that extremely disrespectful. Isn’t your business about the animals? YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE SEEING US AGAIN! Read Less
