All of the vets and reception staff we have dealt with have been so kind and willing to assist anywhere they can.

They also have a loyalty programme which works and saves us money.

I had to put my beloved pet to sleep yesterday and Dr Monique was so great. she was professional yet warm and sympathetic towards the trauma i went through.

These girls are just awesome. They are thorough and really go the extra mile. Dr Le-Anne and Dr Tassia tx for getting Mr Quito through all his issues. He is now happy and bouncing around.

Best place to be when furry babies get into trouble. Le-Anne went above and beyond (almost had to admit me!) when my Athena decided to eat 60 Rimadyl's. So far so good...Thankyou so very very much.

I had an emergency, our dog was mauled by something :( I called them and they said they were open till 7, I called them again to tell them I was almost there. Arrived about 6h50 and they refused to ...
I had an emergency, our dog was mauled by something :( I called them and they said they were open till 7, I called them again to tell them I was almost there. Arrived about 6h50 and they refused to let us in. Wasted 30 precious minutes getting there. When everything is running normally they might be great, but you really can tell a lot about a business when things like this happen.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to, the vet acted like her opinion was the only way, yet she didnt seem to have much knowledge of what she was opinionated about. They have no knowledge ...
Absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to, the vet acted like her opinion was the only way, yet she didnt seem to have much knowledge of what she was opinionated about. They have no knowledge about anything natural and only want you to use products they sell and make money on! You dont treat clients like that or even bring my children into it !!
