After taking my cat to be treated at this clinic, I was presented with bills of over R10,000 and received a bad service. I would like to give the following advice.

After taking my cat to be treated at this clinic, I was presented with bills of over R10,000 and received a bad service. I would like to give the following advice.
1. Make sure that whoever is treating your pet is qualified! During numerous visits to this clinic, I never saw credentials of the Vet being displayed anywhere in the clinic.
2. Make sure as far as you can what the treatment cost will be.
3. Make sure you are told the side effects of the medicine prescribed to your pet.
4. Make sure there is proper labelling of the medicine, including the expiring date.
5. If you think your pet should be observed off the examination table, ask for it.
And lastly, if it sounds serious, go for a second opinion.

I found the way they handled my rescued pup who usually displays aggression to be a little on the rough side. Apart from that I think it's a nice place to visit for minor issues, the store and front office is good and the waiting area is okay. Also there isn't any off street parking.

I found the way they handled my rescued pup who usually displays aggression to be a little on the rough side. Apart from that I think it's a nice place to visit for minor issues, the store and front office is good and the waiting area is okay. Also there isn't any off street parking.
