I used this vet for over a year. While the vets are professional and friendly, they do not respect customers or their time.
On 5 occasions I waited over an hour. In the most recent incident, 3 customers who arrived after me were seen before me. Nobody explained the situation other than, “sorry for the wait”.
Rather than understanding my frustration, maybe explaining the issue and taking some criticism, the vet decided that they would no longer see my pets.

I came to South Africa 6 years ago. I visited the specific clinic because of my cat. They treated my cat better than human. I had to move to Cape Town for a year. Thank God my cat survived the many different diagnoses of the vet there! They only did it to get money from me. When I returned to Johannesburg, I took my cat to Oaklands again. They did all the necessary tests to make sure my cat would not just survive but would also enjoy a good life. My cat is now 15 years old. A lot of my colleagues and friends suggested different, cheaper vets. I never changed because I trust the specific clinic. They may seem a little expensive but I assure you, it's worth it. They are responsible and caring. If you want the best treatment for your pet, that's the place to go!

Thank God my cat survived the many different diagnoses of the vet there! They only did it to get money from me. When I returned to Johannesburg, I took my cat to Oaklands again.
