How can you call yourself a vet if the Dr does not actually talk or discuss to you on what is wrong with your dog and what caused the problem. We took my sister's dog to you for an ear infection or whatever it was until today we still don't know what it was. When I collected her I just needed to pay, I was explained on how to give her meds and collected her "No Dr in sight to actually talk to me on what the actual problem and cause was". Now she is more sick then she was before since giving the meds she has been throwing up and shaking like crazy and now she won't eat or drink anything. We are going to go back to our original vet in glen marais who actually knows what they are doing and stay away from this "so called vet" who does not even have an after hour emergency number, and who doesn't even awnser the phone during normal working hours. How can you call yourself a vet? You will never see us again we will rather go further to a better vet our original vet knowing that our pets will actually be taken care of and not just handed back to us without a actual Dr speaking and seeing us we thought that being closer to you would benefit us but actually costing us more you are really pathetic. Also on the other hand we took my mom's dog to you as well regarding his epileptic seizures that he is getting and we were told that the dosage that he is on is too much for his size, so you changed his medication and not long after he got a seizure this past Friday night as well as during the day on Sunday afternoon where he did not have a seizure in a very long time on his normal medication. I am not sure if you are trying to kill people's animals or what but this is the last you will ever hear from us. Read Less
