I just want to thank everyone at your hospital for the great service and hospitality we received with Cage’s operation, it’s great to visit an institution that cares for your furkid the same way the owner does. Cage is recovering nicely and we can only thank you for your involvement in that process.

Love them! A few years ago I had an emergency with my basset, the Vet came all the way from Moot late hours of the night to help my baby! I told the Vet everything that was currently wrong and what food I gave to him during the day and he immediately knew what was wrong!
They also treated my cat a few times and I have received the best treatment from them!
Staff are always friendly and willing to help! And they phone you to keep you up to date when your pet goes in for surgery!

I have been going to this vet hospital for about a year now. My cat is my first pet and I know nothing about the ins and outs of animal injuries. Until the new vetarnarian arrived, I have had very little concern or complaints about the quality of care and service I have received.
Last week my cat was booked in for surgery to remove a fairly sizeable abscess and I was shocked by the quality of care she received. I took her home with litter crusted in her open wound and when I took her back to remove the litter I got no apology for the uncleanliness of her injury, only excuses about “how these things happen”. I have been informed by a family friend (who has loved and cared for about 10 cats in her life) that these things SHOULD NEVER happen.
Today was her check up appointment and I was told that I needed to clean the crusted scrabs off better. Given that I’m at a vet hospital, this should have been done for me as I am openly inexperienced. My family friend helped me apply salt water this afternoon and clean the wound properly.
I really love going to this vet hospital because it’s super close to my house and with a cat that dislikes car travel, this is simply convenient. The service of the reception staff is great, but after my recent experience, I am not at all happy. Next time, I’m going to a new vet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took our Yorky for a wash and groom and they finished within an hour. We got a very happy dog back. Thank you for the helpful and professional service.

Nice and convenient. Good professional veterinary care. Offers puppy classes and has a good vetshop in house. Staff are ver friendly and I found it to be a well managed facility.

Jonty is op 18 Aug raak gery. Met erge heup beserings, wou die eerste veearts hom uitsit en gereken dit gaan te moeilike operasie wees om die knapie te red. Niemand in die Vrystaat wou opereer nie. Ek het dadelik begin rondsoek en iemand het my MPDH se nommer gegee. Sr Karin het my dadelik gerusgestel. Al die pad van die Vrystaat is ons toe deur Pretoria toe. Jonty was vir 3 weke in baie goeie hande. Dankie dr. Smit dat jy alles gedoen het om die hom beter te kry. Sr Karin en dr Erika, baie dankie vir die op hoogte hou en al die sagte kossies waarmee hy bederf is. Ek sal beslis weer uit die vrystaat uit jaag na julle vir 'n noodgeval. Vir almal wat dit lees - kry altyd 'n tweede opinie oor jul diere. Weereens vir al die personeel, veral Karin wat so mooi met die diere werk, baie baie dankie

Love them! A few years ago I had an emergency with my basset, the Vet came all the way from Moot late hours of the night to help my baby! I told the Vet everything that was currently wrong and what food I gave to him during the day and he immediately knew what was wrong!
They also treated my cat a few times and I have received the best treatment from them!
Staff are always friendly and willing to help! And they phone you to keep you up to date when your pet goes in for surgery!

I have been going to this vet hospital for about a year now. My cat is my first pet and I know nothing about the ins and outs of animal injuries. Until the new vetarnarian arrived, I have had very little concern or complaints about the quality of care and service I have received.
Last week my cat was booked in for surgery to remove a fairly sizeable abscess and I was shocked by the quality of care she received.
