Must make appointment beforehand. I didn’t know so I just went. Waited for half an hour for the receptionist to get off the phone before I was helped. Otherwise the vets are super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.

The service I received from the Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital was exceptional. Dr Steyn and Dr Elliot treated my African pygmy hedgehog through two obscure and difficult illnesses and have demonstrated excellent and thorough knowledge of hedgehog physiology and left no stones unturned to try and help him. A big thank you as well to Carol and all the staff for their compassion and willingness assist.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was able to buy allot of the pet products we couldn't find elsewhere. They treated our animals and ourselves very well.
