The Vet Heidi Small is a great vet and we have been supporting her for almost 10 years plus.
HOWEVER the clinic employs very rude and incompetent staff. The nurse Natasha is the most rude and inept person that should never be allowed in the front office or anywhere near paying and loyal customers.
Today 01/08/2021 on a routine checkup for our elderly Labrador the nurse was extremely rude and even went so far as to raise her voice against me and disrespected me in front of other waiting clients.
The service has degraded to such a point that feel we can no longer support such behavior despite the respect we have for Heidi and her knowledge.

I have been going to the vet a couple of times, they have deep emobaphy for animals. Always helpful and friendly. I would recommend them anytime.

HOWEVER the clinic employs very rude and incompetent staff. The nurse Natasha is the most rude and inept person that should never be allowed in the front office or anywhere near paying and loyal customers.
