We have utilized the services of this vet since moving to Pretoria Tuine (now almost 8 years). Dr Joubert and his assistant Vet are very helpful though they do come across as more "animal people" which is not a problem as he is an "Animal Doctor" - who cares if he appears to be rude at times as long as he takes care of our pets. Prices are very affordable - I have learnt my lesson to rather wait to take my pets to Dr Joubert - have been let down and felt done in by alternatives, the likes of Onderspoort, too many times - will rather stick to a vet with a little bit of a miserable approach than go to Onderstepoort where one, I feel, is ripped off and that in the end, it is likely that your pet will not survive, unless you have plenty of money to rake out.

Hoe erg is dit my swaer vat laas week sy boerboel in dr gee pille se hy moes vandag 8:30 hond bring vir operasie opi been want hond het kanker blykbaar die hele knop opi been is soos in oop vel weggeskeer al da gekom sal dit vir my swaer gese word hys te besig vandag kani hond opereer nie moet afspraak maak maar dis smse gestuur om te se my swaer moet onthou om hond in te bring vanoggend vir operasie nou hoe werk dit en dan is dit nog ongeskik ook da by toe my swaer da kom vanoggend sal dr en ontvangs dame gesels my swaer hoor die gesprek wat dr se wat as hond se been afval wat dan genugtig jys n dr kan jy nie jou werk doen nie dis pateties om sulke diens te kry by Hercules diere kliniek slegte diens se ek jou so hond moet nou maar so loop net daai wond dan word dit gese bring hom ma volgende week hyt geweet hond kom in vanoggend nou hy eweskielik te besig se hy gaan nie eers n koppie koffie kan drink nie wats belangrik koppie koffie of om n dier te help dr joubert skies maar as dit is hoe jy te werk gaan met n dier moet liewers nie met diere werk nie

1. The lady at the front is rude and look like she don't want to be there
2. My yorkie got sick in Jan 2020 and the vet said is bladder infection and gave her a shot a month later same thing so it went on and of the year and we took her to onderstepoort and she had a big kidney stone that needed a operation to remove.
3. The 10 week old Yorkie we have also got sick we took him there last week and he treated him for a bacterial infection, he didn't get better so we took him to onderstepoort and they say he have the parvo virus and need to go for 5 days every day for treatment. Lack of proper treatment and tests.

Been taking my dog there for a while now, the vet is very friendly and knowledgeable, with excellent assistants . Always a pleasure going there, with brilliant follow ups . I would recommend.

We have utilized the services of this vet since moving to Pretoria Tuine (now almost 8 years). Dr Joubert and his assistant Vet are very helpful though they do come across as more "animal people" which is not a problem as he is an "Animal Doctor" - who cares if he appears to be rude at times as long as he takes care of our pets.
