Best vet in Pretoria. Dr Charles really cares about the animals and he has knowledge and experience with exotic pets. I will drive past all the vets close to my house to rather go to him.

I would like to give my biggest thanks and gratitude to the Staff at Serene. Most of all thank you Dr for your time, efforts and knowledge you gave and for your absolute perfection and love for what you do. Maverick, Goose, Bo and Dory are well on their way to recovery. We need a lot more Dr like yourself around that have such care and knowledge in what you do. Thank you very much. I recommend Serene to everyone.

This vet practice is by far the best in the Pretoria East area. They are professional and go out of their way to make pets and owners feel happy. Getting an appointment is easy. From 4 pm there's no appointment needed. But you'll need to make one for weekend visits. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out where they can. Awesome practice and lovely people.

Amazing vet with lots of experience with a variety of animals. They also stock a decent amount of numerous pet food and supplies.
Easy to get an appointment and after 16:00 you can see the vet without 'n appointment, just be prepared for queuing on the odd occasion. The friendly staff are always ready and able to assist.
