Friendly! Accomodating and peoples people!! Took very good care of my Brlecka, kept me upnto date, was never irritated by my frequant visits! My dog was treated very nicely!

The receptionist is helpful and friendly! The vet really does love animals and they love him back. You can see the care he puts in to treating your pet and that he really wants all animals to be treat...
The receptionist is helpful and friendly! The vet really does love animals and they love him back. You can see the care he puts in to treating your pet and that he really wants all animals to be treated well. We have fixed one of our cats there before and recieved excellent service, even a pamphlet on what to expect after the surgery. So when our other cat was feeling sick for almost a week where she wouldn't eat or drink anything and was avoiding us, we knew where to go. They fixed her up in a jiffy and she is back to her loving self. They are truly an awesome place to take your pet.

I am so disappointed! My dog was spayed at the Wilgers Animal Hospital a year ago and now she is in heat. We have been to this establishment many times, our overall experience is that the staff are disorganized and rushed, I should've followed my instinct and gone somewhere else! Now I have to get my poor dog spayed again! And carry the cost again..!!

I've had some of the best and expert service here. Their petfood, treats and toys are very well priced. No need for a booking, but be prepared to wait if it gets busy.

Friendly and compassionate staff, they mostly cater to average everyday pets (dogs, cats, etc) so if you have exotic pets I can recommend rather going to Serene Animal Clinic in Garsfontein.

Worst service I have ever gotten from a vet in my life.
They where happy to take my money but did absolutely NOTHING.
Looked at my dog's eye, didn't even take his temperature NOTHIN...

2 min in and out.
If I could give you zero stars I would.
That old guy vet must retire!
He obviously doesn't care anymore.

The receptionist is helpful and friendly! The vet really does love animals and they love him back. You can see the care he puts in to treating your pet and that he really wants all animals to be treated well. We have fixed one of our cats there before and recieved excellent service, even a pamphlet on what to expect after the surgery. So when our other cat was feeling sick for almost a week where she wouldn't eat or drink anything and was avoiding us, we knew where to go. I am so disappointed! My dog was spayed at the Wilgers Animal Hospital a year ago and now she is in heat. We have been to this establishment many times, our overall experience is that the staff are disorganized and rushed, I should've followed my instinct and gone somewhere else! Now I have to get my poor dog spayed again! And carry the cost again..!!
