Meyersdal Veterinary Clinic is run by Onderstepoort graduate Dr. Kevin Azzie and assisted by a team of 4 dedicated staff.
Dr Kevin, and the Meyersdal Veterinary Clinic are both registered with the South African Veterinary Council
The Clinic is equipped with a comfortable 21-cage overnight hospital facility, automated X-ray section, an on-site theatre with modern anaesthesia and electronic monitoring, and a small laboratory.
We conduct 7 hours of weekday outpatients consultations for medical cases, and advanced illnesses can be admitted to the hospital for closer monitoring.
Our surgical section is equipped and certified to conduct sterilisations, trauma reconstructions, orthopaedics and most surgical procedures.
The Reception carries the full range of Hills, Eukanuba, Iams, Vet's Choice, SVD Superwoof, and Royal Canin Pet foods, including various prescription diets.
Unfortunately the practice does not operate any accounts and payment must be made in full after each consultation

"Unfortunately did not have xray fascility" i was told when I arrived at 8am in the morning with a very sick cat. She {locum} referred me down the road to Glenvista. I can only give a review on my ex...
"Unfortunately did not have xray fascility" i was told when I arrived at 8am in the morning with a very sick cat. She {locum} referred me down the road to Glenvista. I can only give a review on my experience..... So I at least still supported this VET by buying some products there and was reprimanded by the "owner" in person that my review was factually incorrect. So the locum did not do her job and clearly lied about the xray facilities for whatever reason..... apparently they have xray fascilities. Yay !!! But they are now downgraded from 3 stars to none if possible. Learn some people skills. Arrogant and the fact that there are never cars in front of the Vet should speak volumes. Freedom of speech Mr Vet. If you want to list yourself on google then take it on the chin

Mr deVantier's statement below is unfair and shows lack of understanding of patho-physiology, diagnostics & laboratory time-frames. He doesn€t mention that he presented a severely emaciated and dying...
Mr deVantier's statement below is unfair and shows lack of understanding of patho-physiology, diagnostics & laboratory time-frames. He doesn€t mention that he presented a severely emaciated and dying patient, or admit his initial unwillingness to authorize or pay for necessary protracted treatment, infusions and further advanced tests. This severely limits our medical options.

Had extremely bad service... the vet has an incredibly bad attitude... took my cat there and had to take her to another vet where I found out that the glucose drip he had her on wasn't helping the fac...
Had extremely bad service... the vet has an incredibly bad attitude... took my cat there and had to take her to another vet where I found out that the glucose drip he had her on wasn't helping the fact that she was actually diabetic which he didn't pick up. My only recommendation.... don't take you pets there

Refusal to look at my pet after not being able to fill out his required details despite the fact I have been previously and they were unable to find my details in there files. (Which I mentioned to them) I get lectured on some apparent law, which no other vets I have ever been to ask bout. Terribly arrogant.
