Waverley Vets (Dr Hannes) are amazing! Yesterday my "Bobby" (cat) did not look well and he felt hot to the touch. I phoned the vet and asked if he could have had an allergic reaction to a flea spot-on medication I gave him 2 days ago. Yes, maybe says the vet, bring him in immediately. Rush home, squeeze him into the cat box (which he hates), and drive to the vet while Bobby is howling much better. Vet takes temp - 39.8! Rather high he says. Does blood smear, feels all over, looks everywhere - no other major symptoms except a small sniffle which I noticed. Ok, says vet, one injection and some tablets for home for next 4 days. Get home, open the cat box and Bobby shoots out like a bullet. An hour later he suddenly has this mad streak of energy and wanting attention - all over the craft table and computer table, rolling, grabbing things, pushing them off the table. As I said - these vets are amazing LOL!Read Less
