Was there yesterday. My 18 month old rottie was scared and the male vet- was rude and terrible to deal with . No people skills . Definitely shows no love for animals . He insisted that my dog be neutered saying he’s aggressive . I took his advise as he’s the expert but I wish I hadn’t . I told him the trainer said he was injured and might need X-rays . The X-rays turned out a with no injuries- early arthritis . As a Vet he should have assessed better but seemed like they just want to make money because as pet owners our pets are like our kids. When I told him I was a medical person, his attitude changed. The front ladies were amazing and empathetic as I broke down into tears mainly because of the coldness from the vet and the helpers , who carried my boy in the blanket dropped him when he was sedated . To check if he was sedated , they picked his head up and dropped it to the floor twice . I was horrified to watch this . I regret taking him there and should have taken him to Westville Vet Clinic which is the place I take them usually . They are the Best. Read Less

Dr kavonic was absolutely terrible, my daughter took her ailing cat into be euthanized, after she asked a few questions he got curt and sarcastic with her, told her to Garry up and make up her mind because he doesn't have time to Chat or deal with tears. Then promptly grabbed the cay, injected it and told her to take "take it outside or sit wherever, I don't care, just bring it back when it's asleep".... never been so digisted by a human being in my life Read Less
