Didi is soos 'n kind vir my. Die veearts (en personeel) is absoluut uitstekend ! Didi gaan na geen ander veearts toe nie.

Poor service, i paid cash on vet visit and later on went back to get a statement so that i could submit to medical aid and receptionist was unable to assist me as it was post three months and they app...
Poor service, i paid cash on vet visit and later on went back to get a statement so that i could submit to medical aid and receptionist was unable to assist me as it was post three months and they apparently throw receipts away. To top it off I got an email from a lawyer saying I owe a substantial amount when i have not visited that vet in over a year. this leas me to wonder, s it a money making scheme. If they do not have cash receipts post three months, how can they claim clients owe the practice money.

They are a bit expensive with some of their items but they also have cheaper options. The vet is great and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

Consultation hours better than most other vets, waiting times excellent. Neat, clean and uncluttered waiting area - staff kind enough to secure pets whilst owner busy with paperwork (a nice touch). The Dr brought out textbooks, drew pictures and explained the diagnosis and treatment. Overall pleasant experience. Bill not outrageously high either - and well priced for amount of time the Dr spent on my pet.

Good service a bit overpriced. My bird had a prolapse and the clinic overpriced so much on a pet-cone for my bird. Still friendly service.

Diagnosed my 2 puppies with canine distemper by just taking their temperature! I was in tears thought my puppies were going to die as canine distemper is fatal! I took them for a second opinion and turns out only one had canine flu the other one wasnt even sick at all.
