I am so pleased with the service towards my husband , myself and ofcos my cat that i received over this weekend ..
They took proper time to examine and explain to us how she will be treated and for what she will be treated for..
They were to our dismay our second opinion as we went to PDSA in Lenteguer .. Sadly my cat did not get the proper treatment that she was suppose to get also she got worse after the treatment ..we were also told that the prognoses was really not good. she would have to be put down .. but thank GOD that is not the case.. i will recommend ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY over any other animal caring facility .. The people alone are 100% CARING WELCOMING AND CARE SO MUCH FOR THE ANIMALS.. please dont hesitate to go to the ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY in PHILIPPI.. you will not regret it Read Less

I would like to thank the Animal Welfare Society team, and especially Jacques Le Roux, for all the assistance they gave my dog Shadow. They were a great help, answered all my questions, and provided me with as much information as possible about my dogs condition and how to manage and treat it. This after previous vets failed to diagnose my dogs condition. I see a lot of negative comments on this page, but I need to remind people that the main reason these people do this work is because of the passion they have for animals. Its human nature to to be negative when we do not get the answers we want immediatley, so we need to always be reminded that respect and kindness goes a long way. I commend the people at the Animal Welfare Society for the amazing work they do under extreme conditions at times. Keep up the going work. Read Less

Good afternoon, my dad's dog had puppies about 5 weeks ago and he is uncertain as to how to take care of them. Would they need to go for vaccinations? And what are the vaccinations for? I was disgusted at the horrible attitude displayed by the admin ladies, I brought my cat in on the 9th June at 15h45 and was completely ignored by the lady at the front desk when I asked if my cat could be seen to as I knew it was after closing time, a guy that works in the hospital section agreed to see her after another female staff member told him not to. I was told to phone the next day because she would be ready to come home, I ended up calling 3 times and the last woman I spoke to told me that they cannot perform miracles and have the cat done in a days time, she was very rude.I ended up fetching my cat 4 days later and the guy brought my cat out swinging her in her cat box!
