Kan dr Le Roux dalk vir my sè wat dit is asb. Spca Bellville weet nie wat dit is nie maar dit pla my baie. Sy het nog nooit vlooie gehad nie en 'n huishondjie. Snowey is 'n maltese en ons is ook nie seker van haar ouderdom nie. Sy is ons baba en ons ALLES!!! Ons kan ongelukkig nie 'n veearts beskostig nie. Ons is pensioenarisse. Middag laaste keer dat ek julle ondersteun gaan met n honde probleem na veearts sy lag vir my en se my probleem is onmootlik en se vir my ons doen goed met die hond hy lyk baie goed maar dit los nie my probleem op nie baie onprofesioneel het beter verwag sy kan niks vir ons doen nie dit het gelyk asof sy nie glo wat ek vir haar gese het ek het nog nooit so iets belief nie

Beste Willie,
Ek is jammer indien u die terugvoering ivm Milo se ondersoek as negatief ervaar het, dit werklik nie so bedoel nie. Ten spyte van die feit dat hy sleg eet vir 'n geruime tyd, is sy kondisie puik in my opinie. Hy is aktief en sy gewig is pefek vir sy grootte. Soos U genoem het, was U reeds by verskeie veeartse en is baie toetse gedoen. My voorstel aan U was dat ek nie weer dieselfde toetse wat reeds gedoen is onnodig wil herhaal nie en dat die beste volgende stap sou wees om Milo vir verdere ondersoek te stuur na 'n spesialis. Awful service. I eventually walked out after over an hour of waiting to see the vet. When I left, there were still people ahead of me in the queue. What a joke.

Very bad service! Still waiting on Dr brand to call back its been a week! Just glad that we took our pet away! They we're just draining money out of us! Won't ever sit my foot in that place again!
