I was at the vet at 8h15 this morning with my 5 month old sick kitten. Obviously it's serious she has been vomiting the whole night. On arrival I found the vet closed, so I waited outside in my car. At about 8h30 the receptionist arrived, she unlocked the security gate but locked the door. Nowhere on the premises does is state the opening hours, so I went and rang the bell, she saw me, ignored me but I waited. Then I called, thought maybe the bell doesn't work. I heard the phone ringing but she didn't answer. So I waited in my car again. 9 o clock I went to the door again, rang the bell, and then she opened just to tell me that She can't help me if I don't have an appointment.. FFS!! REALLY. SO NO STARS FOR YOU LADY. YOU SUCK. Obviously you don't care about sick animals

Ek is so gelukkig en tevrede m hul diens. Hul ontvangsdame is puik verby. Vriendelik en bedagsaam. Hulle gee regtig om vir jou dier/kind. Baie dankie. Tevrede soos altyd!

Horrible! Horrible service I would not recommend any of my friend or family members to take their fury animals here. Dr. Swart with his reception Very inconsiderate!!! And not helpfull at all wasnt assited imidediatly upon arrival despite the fact that there was no other pasients at the practice. He Did a horrible job stitching my dog back up! to be honest I couldve done it myself!!! And wouldve done a better job. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible! Horrible service I would not recommend any of my friend or family members to take their fury animals here. Dr. Swart with his reception Very inconsiderate!!!
