You know we all have bad days but when you go to the same place twice and both times this person is having a bad day you got to ask yourself why is this person doing what shes doing. One would assume that a person who works at the front desk would be friendly and smiling but here only one of the two ladies do that. I love the Dr and one of the receptionist and thats why I gave two stars. The first time I was there I admit I got there just before they were about to close, this woman doesnt say hello, she tells me to hurry up and choose which dog food I need before they close. Bad day 1 The second time I went in she carried on talking to the other lady about how irritated she was, (((((IN FRONT OF ME)))) and waved off every other customer that walked in to the other lady. Bad day 2 I suggest this person rather move to the back of house, that way she can have a bad day any day and she wouldnt give the place a tense atmosphere and make her clients feel uncomfortable the same way she made me feel.
