I never had a problem with the TAH Vasco or Bellville, they do what they are supposed to do with regards to taking care of my dog. I do however believe that they should handle people with more respect at Vasco/ Goodwood when it comes to their accounts - phoning me 15 minutes after I have left to ask if I forgot to pay, is highly unprofessional, two seconds after explaining that I have proof and I can send it to them, they said that they have found their original receipt and said goodbye with no sincere apology. Two admin staff saw me paying and it was early in the morning and not that busy. Is the system outdated, too? Nevertheless, it happened to my boyfriend aswell lastyear. I am all for staff to double check with clients but atleast look properly for the receipts beforehand or ask the TWO staff members at reception, as they were watching me pay. Perhaps, next time ask clients if they can forward POP, if the branch lost theirs instead of insulting paying customers. My dog isn't very trusting and room had to be made available for him in the reception area in order for him to be weighed, you would think that people would make double sure that I don't leave without paying... guess not.
