On my first appointment, when I was delayed and was five minutes away, I telephone to explinain I was going to be five late for my appointment. I was told that due to me making an appointment for a prescribed time I was to make a future appointment and ensure I arrived on time. Today 23 March 2018 I arrived ten minutes before and was made to wait 35 minutes before the doctor was available, no apologies were made for the delay by counter staff. Confused??? Agree with other reviews that the attitude is condescending, especially the one receptionist. They are open until 18h30, yet when I arrived at 18h05 she was visibly irritated and informed me they are closing soon and that I cannot just arrive without an appointment. No other TAH has before insisted that I make an appointment for a standard vaccination of my dog. Fully understand if the Dr is busy with other patients, but that was not the case. Read Less
