I have never in my life experienced such absolute incompetent and ineptitude EVER!!! I have recently moved here from Simons Town, handed over all my information in my 3x rescue dogs, tripped checked that it has been received.... Only to have sent my partner there, twice to get chronic medication for my eldest dog, after checking all was sorted and correct, to be turned down, as the information was not at hand and when it was the Owner, oh compassionate Jennifer, said NO!!! So two trips wasted, now we have to drive back to my old vet - Four Ways in Sun Valley - Noordhoek to go and get Lulu’s medication... The argument was she needed to check her first but by law if it is within 6 months, she does not have to do so!!! So we shall now have to travel all that way explaining to every cop that stops us why we are exposing ourselves and then to possible infection!!! Thank you for that!!! I would highly recommend going anywhere other than to this VET!!! Wish there was a zero rating in the star system!!! Read Less
