We got a new puppy over the weekend. We had purchased her through a Kusa registered breeder a few weeks back and went to collect her in Riversdale. The breeder explained that she had accidentally given our puppy's card to another new owner, but the other owner would send it from Joburg shortly. However, the puppy was due for her shot before we received the card and we had to take the puppy for her shots without it. My husband explained this but the reception he got was cold and unwelcoming. Not a great experience for people who are new to Knysna. We will not be returning or recommending this vet. In my opinion, bedside manner is important, no matter what the circumstances. Read Less
