Thank you ssoooo much, my dog was in a car accidental and broke his jaw and other wounds. Dr Basson helped him on a Sunday and wired his jaw back together .... and he was eating normally again by the next morning. So grateful. He's running around like normal - excellent vet!!

Dr Basson is great - my dog had seizures in the middle of the night and he was available to help and sat with my dog all night while he recovered .... THANK YOU

Arrived with an emergency case of with my cat hyperventilating and honestly got the feeling that they'd rather not even want us there.
Vet on call was way out of his depth, and just treated it as a simple case of snuffles, regardless of how many times I told him otherwise.
And since he found out my cat is hyperthyroidic, he then told us a story that the only reason cats in South Africa have hyperthyroidism is because we imported carpets from the USA in the 70s that were Iodine treated... I think it's time for the old age home, to be honest. A man like this could end up killing your pet out of sheer negligence.
Turns out my cat has an enlarged heart and a damaged lung, but I found that out the next day when I took him to a competent vet (Country Animal Clinic)
Avoid this place at all costs. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Unfortunately I cannot give a 0, as the system do not allow it. I am so disappointed in the service and will never take my dog there again. Our Bull Terrier is sick and when he usually show signs (like nit eating) it is almost to late and we know something is up.
The dr’s response was “dogs sometimes don’t eat, give him food tomorrow evening he will eat then”. Just to have paid the consultion fee and after hour fee to hear this. We are taking our dog to our vet today as he is hardly standing up and moving.
