Thank you for taking such good care of Mylo when he was in for his operation today! I was so worried about leaving him but he was well looked after and came out just as happy and chirpy as always. The vets were all so friendly and reassuring and gave loads of great advice Mylo is quite happy in his medical pet shirt and loves his new Kong teddy we bought from the vets. Thanks again, Kirsty x

My poor dog was hit by a speeding car on new years eve and was in a pretty bad way, so we rushed him to Ardene for emergency treatment, when getting there they took him through and provided emergency ...
My poor dog was hit by a speeding car on new years eve and was in a pretty bad way, so we rushed him to Ardene for emergency treatment, when getting there they took him through and provided emergency treatment and then before they would give him further treatment they asked for a signature for written permission to continue treatment ONLY if we were willing to pay, so my daughter had to cough up £300 there and then, and they. 100% refused to offer any sort of payment plan, so... on Tuesday when my daughter went to collect him, they(my daughter and pensioner dad) had to pay a further £750!!!,witg no offer of paying it in installments They treated my dog, and he is thankfully on the mend, but the people giving 5 stars and praising how wonderful they are, should realise that they are extremely well paid, but know how much people love their pets and will find a way, I am in the wrong as didn't have insurance but I do now, cos now in debt and no money until payday and it's only the 4th of January, that is why it's 1 star See More

I have been taking my animals to Ardene House Veterinary Practise for years; I simply cannot sing their praises highly enough. All the staff are welcoming, kind, friendly and professional from the minute you set foot in the door. The reception staff, nurses and vets are collectively a wonderful caring team who consistently provide excellent care.

Great experience! This is not our regular vet we brought our doggy in to get her breast tumors removal surgery only. Our experience was super, they were very friendly, explained everything twice over when I was unsure about some things. The 2 follow up visits were great as well. The cost for the surgery was quite reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them.

We only changed to Ardene House last year when we moved house, one of our labs has been plagued with ear infections for 4 years, new vet & new ear drops an no further infections, our girl finally has happy ears . The best vets ever, so helpful and understanding, listen to what you have to say. We had to have our fur baby put to sleep, it broke our hearts but, they were there for us, got her ashes in a lovely box, they dealt with it all. We got another cat but, was to hyper, then another one who was viscous, finally we have another beautiful baby who is poorly, a lot of things came to light about her back ground and the vets were there for us. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all for being there when we need someone X

Great experience! This is not our regular vet we brought our doggy in to get her breast tumors removal surgery only. Our experience was super, they were very friendly, explained everything twice over when I was unsure about some things. The 2 follow up visits were great as well. The cost for the surgery was quite reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them.

We only changed to Ardene House last year when we moved house, one of our labs has been plagued with ear infections for 4 years, new vet & new ear drops an no further infections, our girl finally has happy ears . Getting an appointment is never a problem, all the staff are so helpful and professional

The best vets ever, so helpful and understanding, listen to what you have to say. We had to have our fur baby put to sleep, it broke our hearts but, they were there for us, got her ashes in a lovely box, they dealt with it all. We got another cat but, was to hyper, then another one who was viscous, finally we have another beautiful baby who is poorly, a lot of things came to light about her back ground and the vets were there for us. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all for being there when we need someone X

I love this place, they have always treated me and my animals with the utmost respect and never make you feel like anything is too big or too small. We've had dogs, cats and hamsters and never had a bad experience. Went today with my new doggy Squeak and she was very happy and calm throughout :) the staff are amazing x

My cat Oscar was only in once but was looked after by Craig Devine afterwards through contact with my vet and myself, unfortunately Oscar passed away at the end of November, but to know that if I ever have a pet fall ill again I wouldn't think twice of asking for them to be referred to here. Knowing that my dog is being cared for, not just looked after, is so reassuring at a time of enormous worry.
