After one month and four treatment, my dog's health state was worse than before. From the last treatment they sent us to home with a medicine, which didn't help anything, Two days later we had to run to the Vets Now emergency practice.
I spent £750 in this month, but my puppy still has same diarrhea and vomit than one month ago.

Perfect veterinary centre, they have small building but have a have a huge team of excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend. Considering they are 'not experts in birds', I was amazed at their ability to handle and diagnose. Very very knowledgeable vets who answer every question. A perfect trip!

Ashgrove veterinary centre is hands down my favorite place for our pet to be taking care of. The vets, the nurses and the reception ladies are always very friendly with people and pets alike. They are there to hear you out and help you and your pet in every situation! Also the medical equipment seems to be top notch which reasures me that my little Ariel always receives the best care.

Overnight my friendly rat went badly downhill I phone at 8 was given an appointment for 8.15.
We had been in contact with the vets here throughout her lumpy story (4 in total 2 treated successfully with antibiotics 1 removed surgically 1 ended her life turning out to be cancerous). After the 3rd lump it was agreed we would watch her for more lumps and only take her in when it affected her quality of life.
She lived happily with the lump for 3 months before overnight turning from happy to barely able to breathe. We made the heart rending decision to put her to sleep. The vet allowed me time to be with her before taking her to be anesthetised then put to sleep. They made the whole process as painless as possible. If I wished they would have put her to a pet cremation company and tell me about the local pet cemetery I declined this as I have her in my heart I don't need a grave.
The vets here know and remember their patients they ask after the other rats in our mischief even the ones never officially seen (I take the mischief in to reduce stress). Highly recommend.

Staff are always so friendly and very good at their jobs. I've taken my kitten there since August last year for her vaccinations and spaying/microchipping, plus an emergency visit that ended up being an infection. In every appointment the vets and vet nurses have been extremely helpful and very clear in the post-care instructions.. plus they give Shiva lots of cuddles when she goes in too!

By far the kindest people I have ever met.
I had to get my pet cat put to sleep and the staff were absolutely fantastic with both myself and my brother, they didn't rush us at all, instead they gave us plenty of time and support through the entire process and after they even sent out a card. All the staff, from the receptionists, nurses and vets were absolutely fantastic, couldn't fault them at all, very genuine staff who did everything they could to make what was a horrible experience that little bit more comforting.

I simply cannot fault all the wonderfully attentive and caring staff. They always have time for your questions and seek the best possible care for your beloved pets. I am so grateful for the care and attention they continue to show our dog, who only ever pulls on her lead when we are going to see the vets. Since when did a dog do that?

The practice was highly recommended to us by friends. however we were not too impressed with our first visit.
The vet we dealt with for our puppy's first shots came across very badly, quite arrogant and not good at speaking with people. After that we were both of the opinion get our puppy's vaccinations completed and change practice.
Since then the nurses and other staff we have dealt with have been fantastic and made us change our minds.
Overall my opinion is its ok, poor first impression but redeeming itself since them.

Perfect veterinary centre, they have small building but have a have a huge team of excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend. Ashgrove veterinary centre is hands down my favorite place for our pet to be taking care of. The vets, the nurses and the reception ladies are always very friendly with people and pets alike. They are there to hear you out and help you and your pet in every situation! Also the medical equipment seems to be top notch which reasures me that my little Ariel always receives the best care.

I've taken my kitten there since August last year for her vaccinations and spaying/microchipping, plus an emergency visit that ended up being an infection. I had to get my pet cat put to sleep and the staff were absolutely fantastic with both myself and my brother, they didn't rush us at all, instead they gave us plenty of time and support through the entire process and after they even sent out a card. All the staff, from the receptionists, nurses and vets were absolutely fantastic, couldn't fault them at all, very genuine staff who did everything they could to make what was a horrible experience that little bit more comforting.

The practice was highly recommended to us by friends. however we were not too impressed with our first visit.
The vet we dealt with for our puppy's first shots came across very badly, quite arrogant and not good at speaking with people. After that we were both of the opinion get our puppy's vaccinations completed and change practice.
Since then the nurses and other staff we have dealt with have been fantastic and made us change our minds.
Overall my opinion is its ok, poor first impression but redeeming itself since them.
