We had heart breaking decision to be made about when to put to sleep our beloved 16 year old faithful dog 2weeks ago. Margaret at Milburn was so kind explaining that we would be allocated double appointment and what would happen. The time taken and kindness so appreciated. Events overtook and on the Saturday we had to make final Journey. Milburn closed but offered Kingswells or home visit. We went to Kingswells the staff could not have been kinder or more supportive. We were offered room to ourselves while we waited but preferred to stay with Meg able to watch from window. The whole procedure was explained both my husband and my self allowed to sign form. If I as a human could have been treated with such kindness and respect when it is my time I would die "happy". The Vet I am so sorry have forgot her name was respectful and so gentle, we were given as long as we needed. No pressure to pay before leaving although we did as would have hated a bill coming in. Meg was good friend and had a good death. Staff and facilities excellent. I have had various vets but Town and County is where I will stay all services excellent but when you need them most at this difficult time we all reach as pet owners they are miles ahead of the rest. Thank you... If read G review know both your animals and you will be cared for to high standard.

Booked an appointment here for my cockatiel to get a health check. Drove the hours drive to the vet to then find out that he wasn’t an avian vet and only told us things we were already aware of. Told ...
Booked an appointment here for my cockatiel to get a health check. Drove the hours drive to the vet to then find out that he wasn’t an avian vet and only told us things we were already aware of. Told us to google for more information - not impressed. Waste of a journey with unneeded stress and aggravation to my bird. Wouldn’t recommend for exotics.

The vets and reception team are fantastic! My boxer Cheeno has had no luck this year and has had a tumour bigger than a football removed along with his spleen... a huge operation for an old boy! He was well cared for and is always happy to go to the vets... he also had a bad urine infection after his opp and it was treated immediately... then he got the all clear and now has a very bad ear infection causing him to loose his balance. He was given an appointment straight away and he always gets a good check over and the time is taken to ensure the vets have covered everything. Amazing people who all have a great care for animals and I will be grateful to them for all they have done for my boy!

Always been an amazing service here, never been bad. Love the environment here and the staff are so friendly! Had 4 of my dogs here and all have been treated well and quickly!

I disagree with the negative reviews..my dog benji has always received good care in this practice specially from vets nurses and vets.i wouldn't trust my precious benji with any other vet

I've now had 3 cats under the care of this practice. I have always found every member of staff to be helpful, knowledgable, compassionate and caring. I would not trust my animals to a practice I wasn'...

We took our pet to see two different vets within this practice one of which was out of hours. The vets were useless in diagnosing my dog. They had no idea about inherent conditions. The vet over prescribed my pet with unnecessary costly medicine which made him gravely ill. The vet also insists on owners buying extortionate costly dog food. I've since spoke with a highly regarded vet which has confirmed it was all unnecessary and actually made my pet's condition worse. All they care about is money. They have no compassion or care for pets. Don't take a chance on these uncaring and unprofessional vets like I did.

We had heart breaking decision to be made about when to put to sleep our beloved 16 year old faithful dog 2weeks ago. Margaret at Milburn was so kind explaining that we would be allocated double appointment and what would happen. The time taken and kindness so appreciated. The vets and reception team are fantastic! My boxer Cheeno has had no luck this year and has had a tumour bigger than a football removed along with his spleen... a huge operation for an old boy! He was well cared for and is always happy to go to the vets... he also had a bad urine infection after his opp and it was treated immediately... then he got the all clear and now has a very bad ear infection causing him to loose his balance. He was given an appointment straight away and he always gets a good check over and the time is taken to ensure the vets have covered everything. Amazing people who all have a great care for animals and I will be grateful to them for all they have done for my boy!
