A bit 'hit or miss' really, dependant on which vet you get; and whether they actually listen to what you have to say especially in and around the back history on my elderly rescue dog. My last visit was pleasant, the vet that attended to my dog was good I consider, but when chasing for blood results I had a different vet talk down to me and virtually gave me a telling off for something which really isnt my fault and when again trying to explain the back history of my dog and the problems and issues we have overcome from the my dog's past and gaining my dog's trust eventually managed to get her to a groomers to remove about 2kg of matted fur resultant of her back history..when telling the vet this I got the following reply "I doubt that very much".... nothing like being spoken down to..but then this particular vet did the same last year with another dog I had. I will be paying my bill and not attending this surgery again. Read Less

thank you for treating me with such kindness and diagnosing Daisy quickly so we could come to a mutual decision. Thank you for letting me stay with Daisy until she fell asleep. I feel I made the right decision for her although to be honest I doubt she would have made the end of the month, if not next week. I’m pleased she is now out of pain, as her spirit was plain to see except her body couldn’t match it. Many thanks. Read Less
