Just want to thank ALL at Donview Vets. Especially Mike Burrell and Charlie who have treated Jazz (my horse) with urgency and care. Mike made the diagnosis look very easy, a very high level diagnosis made and all on site at Ladyleys without the added the stress and expense of travelling. Not only their expertise but with their specialised equipment to be able to do this. I cannot highly recommend Donview and feel very lucky to have these Vets on-board for Jazz. We recently had to get our 11 year old cat Scooby put to sleep as he was very ill. I just want to thank David our vet for everything he did for Scooby & the lovely ladies on reception for being so nice when it happened. This is a very hard review to write considering the circumstances but i just want to say a big thank you to everyone at Donview Vets from the receptionist team to the vet staff. It was New Years Day and my cat, Kira, had just been found on the railway line, i was (and still am) devastated and heartbroken. The vet that was on call that day understood and did not make me feel judged in the slightest. He even offered to come in past my house and collect Kira for me to save me the ordeal of taking her to the vets myself but i had to take her to the vets myself (i couldn't leave her alone now, i am sure fellow pet lovers understand that..) until the crematorium was open on the Monday. Kira was treated with the highest respect and that truly touched me. When i collected her on Monday to take her to the crematorium, i was a wreck but the staff at Donview understood that she wasn't 'just a cat', she was and still is a family member. They handled her gently, with care and so much kindness and not only treated her with respect but i felt i was treated with respect to. This is a horrible time and she was killed in a horrific way but you were all so understanding and compassionate, so thank you.Read Less

Our fur family has a wonderdful preacitce and all staff are brilliant folks can whole heartily recommend Donview for their caring and they treat all my Pedigrees, Domestics and ferals all the same and tell me my fur family are gorgeous and are great with our 3 Border Collies Read Less
